Another great turn out at latest MIM Breakfast Club

Made in the Midlands are delighted by another fantastic attendance at the most recent ‘Breakfast Club’ hosted by patron Higgs & Sons.

Over 30 delegates attended the networking event, including special guest Ian Austin, MP for Dudley North.

Attendees were given the opportunity to give a 60 second ‘elevator pitch’ introducing themselves, their business and the work they do in the Midlands.

West Bromwich Granlyn Specialist Coastings Ltd, leading distributors of paints and associated equipment for the automotive refinish industry, captured the attention of the room showcasing a paper aeroplane plated in iron.

Following the event Ian Austin tweeted:

The next stop on the Breakfast Club tour is WMG, University of Warwick, who have been applying research and technological know-how in the UK’s manufacturing industry for over 35 years. During this time, WMG has worked with many small and medium sized businesses.
