The team here at Made in the Midlands is proud to announce the launch of a new event, Made in the Midlands: New Member Orientation, which will be hosted opposite the Made in the Midlands offices at the Icentrum, Birmingham on Tuesday, 14th of January 2020, between 9 am, and 11:30 am.
The event, which will include networking opportunities, will be lead by members of the Made in the Midlands team who will be introducing you to all the features of your membership, from attending events to utilising the digital platforms and making the most of the expo.
This event is your opportunity to meet the MIM Team, who will give an informal presentation covering all you need to know to start making your MIM membership work for you. It will also allow you to introduce your business, and familiarise yourself with the variety of opportunities the Made in Group offers.
In addition to members who have joined since September 2019, who will be learning more about their membership, the group is introducing a new element for 2020. For the first time, we’ll also be throwing the doors open to existing members who can come along and learn about the new Made in the Midlands online platform and maximise your membership.
The event will last all morning and will be split into five separate areas:
- 9:00 am - Arrival networking, tea, coffee and breakfast.
- 9.30 am - Introduction from Made in the Midlands.
- 9.45 am - How to make the most of your membership.
- 10.15 am - Introductions from all attendees to showcase your company, highlighting areas for collaboration within the group.
- 10.45 am - Further networking.
- 11.30 am - Finish.
