The exhibition, which combines 5 shows in 1, takes place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham and is open again tomorrow, Wednesday 12th of November.

Charles Addison, COO at Made in the Midlands, gave a talk to over 75 delegates in the seminar forum with the help of Made in the Midlands members Christopher Greenough, Director, Salop Design & Engineering Ltd / Peter Turnock, Managing Director, CMA Moldform Ltd / Jason Aldridge, Managing Director, Arrowsmith Engineering Ltd who shared their experiences and best practice across the region.

Sharon Mason, Regional Manager at Made in the Midlands said: 'We've had an amazing opening day today and the show as a whole has been packed. There have been a number of Midlands companies visiting our stand for support across the region and we have even got meetings in the diary for potential new members to explore the possibility of joining our group, which is great.'

During the two-day event, Made in the Midlands are on hand to support manufacturing and engineering firms from across the region, highlighting the services we offer as well as promoting the capabilities of our members.

The Advanced Engineering 2014 group of events brings together multiple high growth, value-added advance engineering and technology events into a hugely exciting integrated UK and international technology transfer and business development environment.
