Visitors to this year’s Made in the Midlands Exhibition will be able to get their hands on the new printed version of the Made in the Midlands buyers guide, which makes choosing a midlands supplier easier than ever.

The Buyers guide will be split into the following categories within the manufacturing industry: Machining, Toolmaking, Casting, Fabrication, Plastic and Rubber, Electronics, Finishing and Design.

The guide is designed to list a range of services that exhibitors are able to provide their customers. This ensures that attendees will be aware of how an exhibitor is a potential suitor for a service from their business. Furthermore, the guide will detail the services that exhibitors are in the market to purchase.

For example, Hayley Group provide drilling, boring and turning CNC services. Whereas, Rapitypes Limited are currently in the market of purchasing all of those services. In turn, these companies will become aware of how they can potentially support one another.

Made in the Midlands Events Manager, Iwona Sobolewska said: “We have actively asked Made in the Midlands member companies to fill in the capability survey and had a great response. We are proud to put together the best of the manufacturing supply chain and their capabilities in this brochure.

“The guide will make it clear to all of the visitors who Made in the Midlands members are and what they can offer. This is a unique opportunity to all visitors. If you are a manufacturer please book your free ticket and you will get the buyers guide as you enter with your ticket.”

With over 250 listings, the buyer’s guide will provide Executive decision-makers with valuable information they can use for reviewing and selecting manufacturing vendors and partners. The Buyers guide will allow companies to easily find the industry-specific services that are required to help their business flourish.
