On Thursday 28th January, Made in the Midlands members Wrekin Sheetmetal held the first successful MiM breakfast networking event of the year.
Wrekins event saw over 40 attendees visit their premises in Telford, with the intentions of networking and learning more about Wrekins capabilities to highlight areas of future collaboration.
There are three major services that Wrekin can provide, these include: Offering a bespoke design service to enable you to specify your exact requirements.Their highly qualified team of design consultants can help you to realise your ideas in 3D animation before production begins.
Furthermore, Wrekin are often requested to manufacture parts as a one off, from flooring to benches. Because of their comprehensive systems, experienced staff and strength in the marketplace they are able to offer a one stop shop for out of the ordinary production at reasonable prices.
Also, Wrekins design and engineering teams work closely with their design department and ensure that they are successfully producing prototypes to the very high standards required by the retail market.
Wrekins Sales Director, Simon Orpe addressed attendees with a great speech about the history and future of Wrekin Sheetmetal. As the first breakfast event of the year, over 40 attendees represents a significant growth in interest in our member hosted events. Last year, our first event had 20 attendees which exemplifies the expansion and growth of Made in the Midlands and our membership base. Our breakfast morning networking events are developing into highly attended affairs, so make sure you book your tickets to our future events as soon as possible.
